Introduction

Welcome to LX Day Spa (the "Website"). By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or Website.

1. Services Provided

LX Day Spa offers a variety of beauty and wellness services, including but not limited to lash extensions, brow services, waxing, threading, and bridal packages. Specific services offered, pricing, and packages may vary and are subject to change at our sole discretion.

2. Booking and Appointments:

To ensure our spa is run in a professional manner we have enacted the following policies and procedures. We ask that you review them and abide by them to ensure a safe and professional environment. 

​

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of your service total may be required to reserve an appointment, clients may reschedule their appointment and have the deposit transferred up to (72) hours prior to the original appointment date and time. 

​

• Credit Cards: A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card is held on file and will not be charged unless a deposit is required or there is a late-cancellation, same-day cancellation or no call no show. 

​

• Late Policy: Appointments are expected to begin on time. Clients whom arrive 15 or more minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be subject to cancellation/rescheduling, may forfeit your deposit and/or may be charged a $25 fee to the credit/debit card on file or 50% of the appointment total, whichever is greater. 

​

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule an appointment within 72-hours of the appointment start date and time. Rescheduling after the 72-hour cancellation threshold will forfeit your deposit, or may require a $50 fee or 100% of the appointment total, whichever is greater to be charged to the credit/debit card on file.

• Cancellations: Clients may cancel within 72-hours of their appointment start date and time. Late cancellations; made after the 72-hour cancellation threshold & same-day cancellations will forfeit your deposit or may require a $75 fee or 100% of the appointment total, whichever is greater, to be charged to the credit/debit card on file.

​

• No Call-No Show: We have a no-tolerance policy for no call, no shows in our establishment. Please be advised no call-no show appointments will forfeit their deposit and/or may require for a 100% of the appointment total to be charged to the credit/debit card on file. All Fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments. Your ability to book future appointments may be forfeited.

• Guest Policy: Children under the age of 12 years old are not permitted inside the spa (rooms/ waiting areas) at any time unless being supervised by an adult. No guests are allowed inside the spa room unless receiving a service, client guests may wait in the waiting area until their service is complete. Food and/or beverages are not permitted inside the spa room at any time. Animals unless they are service animals are not permitted in the building at any time.

3. Payments, Refunds and Exchanges:​​​​​​

​

• Services: During the 48-hour period following your service appointment, you may bring any concerns to the attention of our staff. If we are able to rectify any issues (within reason) you may have with the service results, we will do so. If you any questions or concerns about the quality of service received in our spa, please email us at: info@lxdayspa.com​

• Service Packages: Within 48 hours of purchasing your service package/bundle, you may request a refund or credit by sending an email to: info@lxdayspa.com. All sales are final after 48 hours and "buyers remorse" cannot be considered a valid reason for a refund or credit.

• Retail Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, returns are not permitted for any reason. Our returns process for retail products begins once the item has been returned to us. Refunds or exchanges are not available on custom/shipped-to-order products.

​

• Refund Method:  The funds will be returned to the credit card used for the purchase. Refunds can also be made to a gift card at the customer's request.

Exchanges:

​

• Services: The spa does not accept exchanges for its services.

​​

• Service Packages: Upon purchase, services bundles/packages may be exchanged for equal value within 48 hours. Packages must be equal or higher in value than the original purchase. 

​​

• Retail Products: Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, exchanges are not permitted for any reason. The exchange of shipped-to-order products is not permitted.

​

4. Gift Cards and Promotions

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable for services only. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and have an expiration date of 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Promotions: Promotional offers are subject to terms and conditions outlined at the time of promotion. LX Day Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

5. Health and Safety

• Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing health conditions that may impact their service. LX Day Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions.

• COVID-19 Policy: In accordance with local health guidelines, clients may be required to follow certain safety protocols. Please review our COVID-19 policy for up-to-date information.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

LX Day Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Website or services. We strive to ensure high-quality services, but we make no guarantees regarding the outcome or satisfaction of any service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of LX Day Spa and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using our Website or services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ohio.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

LX Day Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our Website and services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
